Wood is a friendly and versatile material. In many applications it cannot yet be beaten by synthetic fibers or metal. As far as Lignostone® is concerned, the product has even more applications than ever - and it offers an infinite freedom in design. Finished products vary from ski bottom edges, switchboards and transformers, field hockey-heads, jigs and tools.
WOODEN POWERPLATES FOR ANY USE
The basic material consists of wood veneer (particularly beech), The production is based on the application of a synthetic resin, stacking the veneer layers and compressing these under high pressure. In this process we get compressed sheets with exceptional mechanical properties and a very constant, high quality. They are suitable for tooling in a great of variety applications.
